​At Hari Krushna Jewels, we craft premium lab-grown diamond jewelry with precision and ethical standards. As an online-only brand based in India, we ensure transparent quality assurance and smooth warranty services for customers worldwide

​These Warranty Terms explain what is covered, how long it is covered, and how to request service. 

​1. Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty

​Hari Krushna Jewels provides a Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty on all jewelry purchased directly from our official website

This warranty covers:

  • ​Defects in metal craftsmanship (cracks, porosity, weak soldering)
  • Manufacturing defects in stone setting 
  • Prong issues caused by manufacturing fault 
  • Authenticity guarantee for all diamonds
  • ​Certification accuracy (IGI/GIA grade matching)​

This warranty does NOT cover:

  • Regular wear & tear (scratches, dents, fading)
  • Stone loss from accidental impact or improper handling
  • Damage caused by perfumes, chemicals, chlorine, sweat
  • Bent rings, broken chains due to force
  • Unauthorized repairs or resizing by third-party jewelers 
  • Loss, theft, or misplacement
  • Damage from incorrect self-repair
  • ​Watch strap damage, glass breakage (if applicable)​

​This policy follows industry standards used by top global jewelry brands. 

One-Time Free Resizing (Within 60 Days)

We offer one complimentary resizing within 60 days from the date of delivery, provided the jewelry design supports resizing.

Not eligible for resizing:

Full eternity bands

Tension settings

Custom-made one-of-one designs

Certain modern / lab-grown settings

Customers are responsible for shipping charges when sending the item to us for resizing.

3. Lifetime Cleaning & Inspection Support (Online Process)

Even though we operate online-only, we support customers with:

✔ Lifetime Virtual Inspection

You can schedule online video inspections to help identify:

Loose stones

Bent prongs

Damage or wear signs

✔ Free Cleaning & Polishing (Customer pays shipping both ways)

You may ship the item to our service center in India for:

Professional cleaning

Polishing

Tightening of settings

Stone security checks

4. Diamond Quality Guarantee (Lifetime)

Hari Krushna Jewels guarantees that:

All diamonds are lab-grown, ethical, conflict-free

Every diamond’s cut, color, clarity, and carat match the details on the certificate

Each stone is IGI/GIA Certified

If we find any mismatch between certificate and actual stone quality:

We replace the diamond free of cost, OR

Provide store credit of equivalent value

(This follows Tiffany-style diamond guarantees.)

5. Watch Warranty (If Offered by Brand)

If you sell watches, use this section; otherwise, I can remove it.

We provide a 24-month Limited Warranty covering:

Movement defects

Battery leakage

Manufacturing faults in hands/dial

Not covered:

Strap damage

Crystal/glass cracks

Water damage from misuse

Wear & tear

6. Replacement or Repair Policy

After receiving the item at our service center and inspecting it:

✔ If the issue is a manufacturing defect:

We repair the item free of charge

If repair is not possible, we offer replacement

If replacement is unavailable, we issue store credit equal to the purchase value

✘ Cash refunds are not offered under warranty.

7. Warranty Validity Conditions

Warranty applies only if:

Item is purchased directly from www.harikrushnajewels.com

Original invoice or order number is provided

No third-party modification, repair, or resizing has been done

Any external repair voids the warranty.

8. Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does NOT cover:

Tarnish or discoloration caused by chemicals, skincare, perfume

Damage from impact, pressure, or pulling

Loss of stones due to mishandling

Cosmetic scratches from daily wear

Lost or stolen items

Loose settings caused by long-term wear

These exclusions follow global jewelry warranty standards.

9. Custom Order Warranty

Custom or personalized pieces:

Are covered under the same manufacturing warranty

Cannot be returned or exchanged

Repair and remake timelines may vary depending on complexity

10. Shipping for Warranty Cases

Because we are an online brand, customers must:

1. Contact support@harikrishnajewels.com

2. Share photos/videos of the issue

3. Once approved, ship the item to our service center address

Customer pays shipping to us

Hari Krushna Jewels pays shipping back if warranty-approved

If the issue is not covered, customer pays return shipping plus repair cost.

11. How to Request Warranty Service

Clear photos or video of the issue

Detailed description

Date of purchase

We reply within 24–48 hours.

Processing Timeline:

Inspection: 5–7 business days

Repair/Replacement: 7–15 business days

12. Non-Transferable Warranty

Warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is not transferable.
