1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only for eligible products that meet the following conditions:

Unused & unworn

In original condition

Without scratches, dents, or damage

Returned with original box, invoice, and certificate

Return window: 7 days from delivery

Ready-made items with no customization

Non-personalized items

3. Products NOT Eligible for Return or Exchange

The following items cannot be returned, refunded, exchanged, or cancelled once ordered:

Custom-Designed Jewelry

Any product created specifically for you.

Customized Jewelry

Adding diamonds

Changing stone size or shape

Changing gold color (yellow/white/rose)

Changing metal purity (14K/18K)

Adding engravings

Modifying prongs or settings

Changing chain style or length

Adding or removing design details

Made-to-order pieces after CAD approval

Jewelry resized or repaired by third-party jewelers

Used, worn, or damaged items

Earrings (hygiene reasons)

This is final and non-negotiable.
These rules match international jewelry standards.

4. Special Condition: Post-Purchase Custom Modifications

If you want to make changes after buying the product, such as:

Adding extra diamonds

Upgrading to a bigger stone

Changing ring size

Changing prongs or design elements

Adding engraving

Adding or modifying settings

We CAN update or modify the jewelry if technically possible

These services will be chargeable

Pricing depends on:

Added materials (diamonds, gold, labor)

Complexity of the modification

Note:

These modifications are considered “custom work,” therefore:

They cannot be refunded or exchanged after modification
