We currently ship to:

- Selected international countries
International availability may vary based on courier network.
2. Shipping Charges
Domestic (India)
- Free shipping on all orders
- COD may not be available for diamond jewelry
International Shipping
Charges vary depending on:
- Destination country
- Customs laws
- Courier partner fees
International customers must pay customs duties, taxes, and clearance charges.
3. Dispatch & Delivery Timelines
Ready-to-Ship Jewelry
Dispatch within 2–4 business days
Made-to-Order Jewelry
Production time: 8–15 business days
Custom Design Orders
Total timeline: 10–20 business days, depending on complexity
Delivery Estimates:
- India: 3–7 business days post-dispatch
- International: 7–15 business days (may vary)
Unforeseen delays due to weather, customs processing, or courier issues are possible.
4. Order Tracking
Once shipped, customers receive:
- Tracking ID
- Courier name
- Live tracking link
Customers may track their shipment anytime through the provided link.
5. Packaging & Safety
Every order is shipped in:
- Premium jewelry box
- Tamper-proof protective packaging
- External cushioning for international shipments
Packages are thoroughly checked before dispatch.
6. Shipping Insurance
All shipments are insured until they reach the customer’s delivery address. After successful delivery, the responsibility transfers to the customer.
7. Failed Delivery Attempts
If delivery fails due to:
- Incorrect address
- Customer unavailability
- Door locked
- Customer refusing the package
The parcel may be returned to us. Reshipping will require additional charges.
8. Lost, Damaged, or Tampered Packages
If your parcel arrives tampered or damaged:
- Report within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos/videos as evidence
We will initiate a courier claim and:
- Ship a replacement
- Or issue store credit if replacement is unavailable
9. Customs & Import Regulations
For international orders:
- Customs duties, VAT, and additional fees are determined by your country
- Hari Krushna Jewels is not responsible for these charges
- Delays caused by customs are outside our control
10. Change of Shipping Address
Address changes are accepted within 24 hours of placing the order. After dispatch, changes cannot be made.
11. Signature on Delivery
For security reasons, high-value jewelry may require:
