2. Eligibility & User Responsibilities

To use our website or make a purchase, you confirm that:

  • You provide accurate and complete personal information
  • You are authorized to use the selected payment method
  • You agree not to misuse or disrupt website functionality

Any false information may result in order cancellation or legal action.

3. Product Accuracy & Availability

We strive for complete accuracy in product descriptions, photographs, and certifications. However:

  • Minor variations in color, weight, and dimensions may occur due to manual craftsmanship
  • CAD renders are digital previews; minor variations may appear in the final product
  • Product availability is subject to change without notice

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time.

4. Pricing, Taxes & Charges

  • All prices are displayed in INR for domestic customers
  • International customers will see currency converted at real-time exchange rates
  • Taxes, import duties, or additional fees (for international shipments) must be borne by the customer
  • Price changes may occur without prior notice

5. Order Acceptance & Cancellation Rights

An order is considered accepted only when:

  • Payment is successfully processed
  • The order is reviewed and approved by our team

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to:

  • Payment failure or irregularities
  • Incorrect billing/shipping details
  • Suspected fraudulent activity
  • Unavailability of materials

You may cancel your order within 72 hours of purchase (except custom orders). Refunds are processed within 24–48 hours after approval.

6. Custom & Customized Jewelry Terms

Non-Returnable, Non-Refundable, Non-Exchangeable

The following items are strictly non-eligible for return, refund, or exchange:

  • Custom-made jewelry
  • Customized jewelry (design modifications, added diamonds, engravings, size or metal changes, etc.)
  • Made-to-order pieces after CAD approval
  • Personalized or engraved items

Post-Purchase Modifications

If a modification (such as adding diamonds, size upgrade, or design enhancement) is technically feasible, we can perform it at an additional cost.

Modified items remain permanently non-returnable.

7. Warranty Terms

Hari Krushna Jewels offers:

  • Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty
  • Lifetime Diamond Authenticity Guarantee

Warranty does not cover:

  • Accidental damage
  • Jewelry bent, scratched, or broken due to misuse
  • Stone loss caused by impact
  • Exposure to chemicals or perfumes
  • Wear and tear from daily use
  • Alterations performed by third-party jewelers

8. Insurance Disclaimer

Hari Krushna Jewels does not provide jewelry insurance. Customers may purchase insurance independently from trusted third-party providers.

We assist only with required documents such as invoice, certification, and valuation letter.

9. Payment Policy

We accept:

  • UPI
  • Credit/Debit Cards
  • Net Banking
  • PayPal (for international customers)

If payment is deducted but the order is not reflected, our team will verify and resolve the issue within 12–24 hours.

10. Refund & Return Policy

Returns are accepted only for eligible non-custom items within 7 days of delivery. Refunds are processed within 24–48 hours after approval.

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Custom or customized items are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances.

11. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the website—including designs, CAD models, images, text, logos, trademarks, and product photography—is the exclusive property of Hari Krishna Jewels.

Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

12. Limitation of Liability

Hari Krushna Jewels is not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of jewelry due to misuse, wear, or theft
  • Delays caused by courier services or customs
  • Customer-provided incorrect address information

Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be settled exclusively under the jurisdiction of Surat, Gujarat courts.

14. Amendments

Hari Krushna Jewels reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms are effective immediately upon posting.
