1. Accepted Payment Methods

We support multiple payment methods to make your shopping experience easy and flexible.

1.1 UPI (India Only)

You can pay using:

  • PhonePe
  • Paytm
  • BHIM UPI
  • Any UPI-supported banking app

UPI payments are fully encrypted and secure.

1.2 Credit & Debit Cards

We accept:

  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • Rupay
  • American Express (if enabled by your payment gateway)
  • International cards (depend on gateway support)

All card payments are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant gateways.

1.3 PayPal (International Customers)

Customers outside India can pay using:

  • PayPal Wallet
  • PayPal-linked bank accounts
  • PayPal credit cards

PayPal provides fraud protection and buyer security.

1.4 Net Banking (India)

We accept payments from all major Indian banks through:

  • ICICI Bank
  • HDFC Bank
  • SBI
  • Kotak
  • Axis Bank
  • And 40+ supported banks

2. Payment Confirmation

Once payment is successful:

  • You will receive an Order Confirmation Email
  • Your order will appear in your “My Orders” section
  • Production or dispatch will begin based on product type

If you do not receive confirmation, contact us immediately.

3. Payment Deducted but Order Not Placed

Sometimes due to network issues, bank delays, or gateway errors:

  • Payment is deducted
  • But order does NOT show in your account

In this case:

  • Email proof of payment to support@harikrishnajewels.com
  • Our team will verify it within 12–24 hours
  • If payment is received, we will manually create your order
  • If payment is not received, the amount will automatically be refunded by your bank within 3–7 working days

No money is lost — the payment will return to your source account.

4. Order Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order within 72 hours (3 days) of placing it.

Cancellable Orders:

  • Ready-made jewelry
  • Standard catalog products

Non-Cancellable Orders:

  • Custom designs
  • Made-to-order pieces (after CAD approval)
  • Personalized items
  • Engraved jewelry

How to Cancel:

Subject: Order Cancellation Request

Include:

  • Order Number
  • Reason for cancellation

Our team will confirm cancellation within 12 hours.

5. Refund After Cancellation

If your cancellation request is approved:

  • Refund will be processed within 24 to 48 hours (from our side)
  • UPI / Bank Account: 1–3 working days
  • Credit/Debit Card: 3–7 working days
  • PayPal: Immediate to 24 hours

Actual credit time depends on your bank or PayPal.

6. Failed or Reversed Payments

If payment fails due to:

  • Network interruption
  • Insufficient balance
  • Gateway error
  • Bank server timeout

Your order will not be placed.

Refund automatically returns to the original payment method within:

  • UPI / Net Banking: 24–72 hrs
  • Card Payments: 3–7 days
  • PayPal: Same day to 48 hrs

No additional action is needed unless the delay exceeds 7 days.

8. International Payments

We accept:
